FAQS
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
All packages are handled through USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday.
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out, unless you ordered a custom wig unit, color etc. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from business email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at support@littleshopofenvy.com.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
All orders are processed daily, so orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is made.
4. May I return my order?
Yes, We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate your request on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with FIVE (5) DAYS within you receiving your order.
You must contact us first before refunding your package at support@littleshopofenvy.com within the FIVE (5) day return period. All "Little Shop of Envy" Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Little Shop of Envy hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Little Shop of Envy security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs.
6. May I make a exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within FIVE (5) DAYS. The Little Shop of Envy hair seal MUST NOT be broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, combed, brushed, fingers ran through, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
All Sales are Final on ALL Wigs Units.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Little Shop of Envy will not be responsible for lost returns.
