Please read carefully before booking your appointment.

- You must wear a mask to your appointment.
- NO extra guest allowed.
- If you feel sick or have been in contact with someone who have tested positive, please reschedule, and I hope you feel better.
**Before booking, please contact me about any accommodations you need me to arrange. Allocate time if I don't respond right away.
**Please Note**
My availability is set from week to week. If you don't see any times, those slots or days are unavailable.
POLICY
- Basic washes and condition are included in all styles.
- Hair is included in most styles unless it's listed otherwise. (Ex. Braided and twist styles etc.) Please read descriptions of styles prior to booking. LSoE bundles can be purchased separate.
- Any wigs or lace pieces (frontal/closure) is to be dropped of no more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to appointment. Same day customization will be an additional $30 fee.
- If you purchase a wig from my website, install will be FREE. Must book same day as you purchase unit so I can hold and customize. (Doesn't have to be same day appointment just book when you purchase wig unit)
- For custom wig units, Please allow a 7-14 business day turnaround time from when I receive hair. Be sure to book appointment (time you want your unit back) in an appropriate time frame to receive your unit back also allocate shipping time as well.
Payments/Fees
There is a $25 NONREFUNDABLE deposit to secure your appointment.
NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT
-Payments can be made through Cash app $LittleShopofEnvy, Zelle (252-883-0154), or Apple Pay (252-883-0154). Be sure to add name in description before/while sending payment. Payment is due immediately after booking appointment. Your deposit goes towards total balance and the remainder is due after service is complete. Please have exact amount when paying in cash, you can also pay the remainder through Credit/Debit card machine, Cash app, Zelle or Apple pay.
-A $10 late fee will be applied to a client that is 10 minutes late, after 20 minutes appointment will be canceled, and you forfeited your deposit. You would have to pay another deposit to reschedule or book another appointment.
-Please don't bring no one else to appointment with you. Other persons or children are not allowed on shop floor.
-Please book all add on services at time of appointment so everything would be prepped for your arrival. I will not be able to do any add-ons at time-of-service cause items or time may not be readily available.
-Make sure all bundles/weave are clean, dry and tangle free if you are reusing your hair unless we made arrangements.
-For Location, please read confirmation email/message after booking. It will instruct you on any drop offs or location for your appointment.
-A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If multiple incidents, you will be banned from booking.
-No call/no show will be banned from booking.
